Shipping policy

Every XCLUSIV garment is handmade to order by our in-house dressmakers in Horsham, so please allow time for your outfit to be made before it is sent.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges

• UK delivery: £5.99 per order.

• Click & Collect from our Horsham boutique: free. Please bring valid photo ID and your order confirmation when you collect.

Making times

These are the times we need to make your garment once your order is confirmed:

• Off-peak: about 15 working days.

• Peak season (for example, after Christmas ahead of the summer prom and wedding season): 1 to 3 months.

For bespoke wedding dresses we recommend starting 1–3 months ahead off-peak and 3–6 months ahead in peak season, to allow time for design, fabric selection and fittings.

These times are estimates. Please order as early as possible so your outfit is ready well before your event. We will let you know when your order has been dispatched or is ready to collect.

Express service

Working to a tight deadline? An express production service may be available for urgent orders. Please call us on 01403 252548 or visit us in store as early as possible, and we will do our bestto meet your date.
