Delivery Timelines

Every garment is individually handcrafted to order by our experienced in-house dressmakers. Because we prioritize exquisite fit and quality over mass production, please allow for the following estimated lead times:

  • Off-Peak Periods: Approximately 15 working days.

  • Peak Seasons: 1 to 3 months (for instance, the busy rush following Christmas for summer prom and wedding seasons).

These are the times we need to make your garment once your order is confirmed. For bespoke wedding dresses we recommend starting the design process earlier: 1–3 months ahead off-peak and 3–6 months in peak season, to allow time for design, fabric selection and fittings. Important Note: We strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure your dress is ready well ahead of your special day.

Express Production Service

Working to a tight deadline? We offer an expedited production service for urgent orders, subject to availability. Please contact our team directly by phone or in person as early as possible, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your timeframe.

Click & Collect

You are welcome to collect your completed order free of charge from our Horsham Boutique during opening hours.

  • Please bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation when collecting.

Payment Options

We accept all major payment cards both securely online at checkout and in person at our Horsham showroom. All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Returns & Cancellations

Because each made-to-measure gown is custom-crafted specifically for you, custom and special-occasion garments cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has commenced.
