Q: What is the difference between "Off-the-Peg" and "Bespoke / Made-to-Measure"? Do you offer both?

A: Yes, we offer both! Off-the-peg refers to ready-to-wear dresses available directly in our shop. We carry a vast collection of beautifully designed bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, ball gowns, and prom dresses ready for you to try on.

Bespoke / Made-to-Measure is our custom service where we create a unique outfit tailored specifically to your measurements, preferences, and personal style.
Q: I fell in love with a designer wedding dress, but it exceeds my budget. Can you recreate it if I bring in a picture?

A: Absolutely! We offer design-inspired services. If you bring us a picture, our skilled team can craft a similar, high-quality gown tailored for you at a much more reasonable and affordable price.
Q: Do you carry specific designer labels?

A: Our custom-made gowns are design-inspired, meaning they closely resemble reference photographs while allowing you to modify details to your liking—they do not carry third-party designer labels. To ensure premium quality, we handpick luxurious fabrics (such as exquisite Dupion silk, crepe de chine, French lace, elegant chiffon, and organza) and employ highly experienced seamstresses to craft every gown.

Q: My mum knows exactly what she wants for my wedding. Can you make her outfit?

A: Yes, definitely! If your mum brings in a picture from a magazine, website, or her own sketches, our tailors will bring her vision to life—complete with matching jackets or boleros.
Q: My mum needs an outfit for my upcoming wedding, but she has no idea what to wear. Can you help?

A: We would love to! Please book an appointment with one of our in-house designers. They will provide friendly, professional guidance and recommend styles that perfectly suit her, the event, and the wedding venue.
Q: I love an off-the-peg dress in your shop, but it’s not my size. Can you make one for me? Also, how do you ensure my dress is unique?

A: We will take your exact measurements and custom-make the dress for you. To ensure exclusivity—especially for prom students—we enforce a "One Design Per Event/School" rule. Tell us your venue or school, and we will log it to guarantee no one else wears the exact same dress from us to your event!

Q: Do you cater to plus sizes?

A: Yes! We believe every body type deserves to look stunning. There are no size limitations for any of our garments—whether you need plus size, petite, or standard sizing, we custom-fit wedding dresses, bridesmaid gowns, evening wear, and Mother-of-the-Bride outfits seamlessly.
Q: How much do you charge for fittings?

A: Fittings are completely free for our bespoke clients. Once we provide a quote and you agree to it, the price is fixed with zero hidden fees or unexpected costs.
Q: I live too far away to visit your shop. Can I still have a dress made by you?

A: Yes! Simply email us photos of the gown you desire. Our professional tailors will guide you step-by-step on how to take accurate measurements at home. Once completed, we can ship your custom gown directly to your doorstep, anywhere in the world.
