These are body measurements, not dress measurements – pick the size closest to your own bust, waist and hips and we allow the right amount of ease when we make it. "Hollow to hem" is the finished front length of the dress, from the dip at the base of the neck. In between two sizes, extra tall or petite? Choose Made to Measure and we will make it to your exact measurements.

Which fabric should I choose?
- Chiffon – light, soft and floaty with a matt finish. Our most popular choice; drapes beautifully and is comfortable all day, perfect for spring and summer weddings.
- Satin – smooth with a gentle sheen. More structured and formal, lovely for evening and winter weddings.
- Taffeta – crisp with a soft rustle and subtle shine. Holds its shape well for fuller skirts and a classic look.

Your measurements
How to measure – please read first
- Bust – around the fullest part of the bust, tape level across the back.
- Under-bust – snugly around the ribcage, just under the bust.
- Waist – around the narrowest part of the waist (usually just above the belly button).
- Hips – around the fullest part of the hips and bottom, feet together.
- Shoulder width – across the back, from the edge of one shoulder to the other.
- Hollow to floor – from the dip at the base of the neck straight down to the floor, wearing the shoes for the day.
- Height – standing straight against a wall, without shoes.
Tips: wear the bra you will wear on the day, stand relaxed and breathe normally, keep the tape snug but not tight, and ask someone to measure you. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us a photo – we are happy to help, or book a measuring appointment in Horsham.
